Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and
detail-oriented QC Liaison Manager to ensure effective communication and
collaboration between the US team and Korean team within the organization. This
role is critical in streamlining processes, addressing issues, and ensuring the
overall quality of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Cross-Departmental
Communication:
• Serve
as the primary point of contact between the US team and other teams related to
quality control.
• Facilitate
regular meetings to discuss quality-related matters, project updates, and
address any concerns or issues.
2. Process
Coordination:
• Coordinate
the flow of samples and data between Quality Control and other departments,
ensuring timely testing and reporting.
• Collaborate
with stakeholders to resolve logistical and operational challenges.
3. Quality
Metrics Reporting:
• Collect and analyze quality metrics data from various departments to identify trends, areas of improvement, and areas of compliance concern.
• Prepare
and present reports to management for decision-making.
4. Issue
Resolution:
• Work
with department heads to address and resolve quality issues, non-conformances,
and deviations.
• Implement
corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) as needed to prevent recurrence.
5. Document
Management:
• Ensure
proper documentation of communication and decisions related to quality control
liaising activities.
• Maintain
records in accordance with regulatory and compliance standards.
6. Training
and Education:
• Provide
training to departmental staff on the importance of quality control liaising
and effective communication.
• Promote
a culture of collaboration and quality awareness throughout the organization.
7. Regulatory
Compliance:
• Stay
informed about relevant regulations and industry standards pertaining to
quality control and liaising.
• Ensure
that all liaising activities are conducted in compliance with these
regulations.
8. General
administration:
• Proactively
manage administrative works for US team
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's
degree in a relevant field. Master's degree is a plus.
• A
minimum of 10 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a
related field.
• Must
be fluent in Korean.
• Strong
communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent
problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge
of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Project
management skills are desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and lead collaborative efforts.
